Fabrice K. EBEH

Executive Director
Mr. Fabrice Kodjo EBEH holds a PhD in International Environmental Law at the University of Liège in Belgium and High diploma of specialized study in business law at the university of Lomé Togo. He has also a Master degree in international law. He is the Executive Director of the Alliance Nationale des Consommateurs et de l’Environnement (ANCE-Togo). He was successively Executive Secretary of Africa Tobacco Control Alliance (ATCA), teacher and assistant senior researcher at commercial higher study institute (IAEC, Lomé), invest in human capital (IDH, Lomé) and legal adviser of bureau of studies and companies management (BAGE). In his capacity of business and development lawyer, Mr. EBEH carried out many works on International Comparative Law, African Law, and Togolese Law. He is consultant in International and Comparative Law in environmental field for many international organizations (Environmental and social impact studies, the fight against illicit trafficking in wildlife and flora species, climate change plans and strategies, sustainable management of natural resources, resources mobilization etc.). As a business lawyer, Mr. EBEH was specialized in the fight against fiscal fraud, tax evasion, money laundering and the fight against corruption within private sector companies. As a former executive secretary of ATCA which is African network composed of more than 140 organization members in Africa helped him to get expertise in networking, capacity buildings of CSOs and resources mobilizations. He contributed actively to many internationals conventions through negotiations processes and carried out many internationals conventions activities. Among these conventions, we can mention Rotterdam convention on the prior informed consent procedure for certain hazardous chemicals and pesticides in international trade (PIC Convention), Stockholm convention on persistent organic pollutants (POP), the Aarhus Convention on access to information, public participation in decision-making and access to environmental justice and WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC).

Mr. Samuel Yawo ALLAH holds Master degree of English in African Literature at the University of Lomé-Togo and another Master degree of Economy in International Trade at Central China Normal University (CCNU). After his Licence degree (Bachelor of Art equivalent) in English he got a practical training in translation and worked for many private NGOs, translating all kind of documents. He worked also at Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale (CNSS) as assistant in charge of monitoring the evolution of retirers’ payment and after he became Commercial assistant at KS-BUSINESS in charge of managing bureautique furniture and computer science accessories. In 2011, he worked with SERVONS NOUS Ltd, a trading company based in Guangzhou, Xuzhou and Foshan (all in China) as commercial assistant in charge of controlling the quality of goods to be sent to customers abroad. Mr. ALLAH took part in many commercial training workshops notably in Beijing, Wuhan, Hanyang, shanghai and Guangzhou. He speaks fluently English, French and Chinese. Upon his arrival at ANCE-Togo in September 2013, he worked in Communication department as internship employee for three (3) months and was appointed translator and communication officer.
